Ken, the issue with the SIP button on the screen turns up if you use the TouchFLO version that isn't selected by default. That version belongs to the Touch HD and Tobey included it for people to play with it but it gives a few problems on Diamonds due to the screen being a different size. Just use the regular default TouchFLO version. Hope that helps...

Nobody has the volume/up and select button issues I'm having?

EDIT: Never friggin mind, I just re-flashed and hard-reset after flashing. Plain install no config changes, no tweaks, no installations of anything nor restores from Sprite Backup and select and volume up buttons aren't demonstrating that odd behavior. My bad for bringing up this issue as a bug.

EDIT2: Left the phone alone with a fresh install for a while (g/f got home so I didn't have time to do anything to it after flashing and performing a hard reset) and the odd behavior returned. Oh well...

so what did you do to eventually fix this? Im on kitch 5, oem 2.03 SYS 20931v5a and my volume buttons on the side are now acting like directional buttons. and on a side note, pressing the volume icon doesnt allow me to change vol...and it's set to LOUD lol. please help

The issue totally disappeared using the v5 Kitchen and 20931 v5a SYS. Make sure you aren't selecting anything conflicting in Build OS. As a comparison base for you and anyone having issues I'm going to share my custom BuildOS selections so you can compare to yours. With these selections I have absolutely ZERO issues with ANYTHING. I haven't found a single problem that is related to the ROM. I'm having some data issues but its a Puerto Rico related incident.

Not sure it's exactly what nautica is experiencing, but I have noticed that in-call volume is maxed out (not all the time, but occasionally). Buttons don't work to raise or lower it, but it does bring up the screen so I can lower it that way. Kind of strange.

I've noticed that using the volume control v1.6, so that's why I downgraded on my version of the kitchen

LOL! It should be white, but that would be too easy on the eyes... :p

i'm getting the same issue w/font color on the alltel white... gotta flip the clock up, and then back down to change the font color on call history and calendar to make it readable.

That white text is because of the clock you are using, there are 2 files that control that, 1bb something and the other I forgot the exact name but if you change those to the ones from the OEM clock, they will be brown & readable but the clock colors will be messed up

):

I'm getting "random" album slow-downs.
It's not locking up, if it's left alone it will start responding again.
It could happen on viewing the first or it can go quite awhile before it has a slowdown.

Anybody else?

-edit- I replaced tha album with v2.0.1817.3420 and it's working good.
