try http://www.uploadjockey.com/ for uploaders
http://www.mugenerator.net/ for downloaders( you have to register but you can use and accelerator to split it into 10 chunks (such as downthemall plugin on firefox)

i used the mugenerator site and im downloading at 140kb, not incredible but 15 mins aint too bad
