I prefer to use the compact qwerty for smms. There normally is not a problem but the one that is used in this rom and NFSFANS Rom have the problem.

whenever I press the end key, to get out of a program or end a call it makes a super loud beeeeeep sound that is driving me crazy!!! why is this and how can it be fixed????

is it a registry entry or what?
is anyone else hearing it?
am i crazy or is it super annoying!!! I know I pressed the damn key the phone doesn't have to f**ing beep at me to tell me that!!!

please advise on how to fix this!!!

when the kitchen is fixed you should definitely not include that gay beep sound!!!

When you are in the dialer go to menu, then options, and change short tones to off. That should take care of that.

is it neccessary to have a startup sound in the next rom. i really see that unneccesary and as a personal customization.

ive really liked the juicy roms for this reason for not forcing personal customozation with sicking close too factory setting in appearence.

this is my own option opionion as ive seen roms with highly customized features like themes or what not.

just something too keep in mind

the startup sound in 2.2 is HTC stock, it was just disabled by Telus ... so in effect I am removing Telus' customization.

It's not the keyboard...it's the SYS

IDK how to fix that beep, but it's in all of my roms, if someone ever foun the fix I would do it, but so far no fix....

Also, these OEMs are not going public for awhile...I did alot of work and until the next big thing comes out, there babies are mine
