i dont know where your instability or battery issues came from. 2.1 pretty much wraps it up for telus users its been smooth sailing for many of us now. except for the Poutlook. i can confirm issues there.

did you hard reset after the flash? always my first question.

Microsoft voice command is not a bug, its hardware button's function has been changed. you can change it back to voice command by going to

Settings > Buttons

Since the Sprint battery problem can not be fixed at this time. Is there any way I can pagepool the stock rom to make it faster?

[quote=jadamwmu;431926]Thanks for the ROM! It's working great (after I ##DATA# fix to get my internet working). However, I do have one question - Why do my "Update PRL" and "Update Profile" options now show up as Key Icons. When I click on them, they do nothing (it's like they don't even open).

Bug confirmed here. I have Sprint, and "Updates" do not work on Juicy 2.1

after installing the DCD cab for sprint, the battery icon went to stock (not with the %) i like this look but something is wrong because is does not refresh, stays at full all the time, i have to go to the menu to find out how much battery i have left. any idea on what registry i have to enable for refresh.

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

I just flashed to juicy 2.1 and I cannot get Voice Command to work. I enabled it in the settings and per a previous post I switched the assignment of the talk button(hold) to Voice Command. It says "Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename"

Ok, I figured it out. If anyone else is having this problem all you have to do is go to the windows directory on the device and rename shortcut file "voicecommand" to "Voice Command"

Re: [09/22/08] Juicy ROM 2.1 [TELUS & SPRINT]

Well since no one responded I set the page pool to 24MB on the stock sprint rom and its pretty fast. Not as fast as the Juicy 2.1, but it will get the job done until a new rom with the battery fix is available.

Forgive me if this has been asked, but I searched and couldn't find anything. Perhaps I'm an idiot.
I just did this and it asked me for an unlock code....never had that happen before?....anyone?
