2.2 was a different os and sys. part of the net cf was lost in the switch over. don't worry its been found and will be fixed.

Try it, those of you that can't get it to work. Install it to the internal memory instead.

It wasn't working for me initially either so I ran the .msi file again. Instead of repair or modify option, I uninstalled. After that was complete, I ran the .msi again and did a complete install. I didn't have any error messages and I installed to internal memory. Once it rebooted, I tried Livesearch and it worked just fine. Try uninstalling first and then doing a complete reinstall.

I know this might be a lot to ask because a lot of you do not use picturemail, but can it be put into the next rom. I downloaded a sprint picturmail cab file, and it installs but does not look lock the stock version. I spent two hours on the phone with sprint to get picture mail to work. This required flashing back to sprint rom. Once configured I thought the settings would stick and I could reinstall picturemail cab when flashed to 2.4, but no go. How do I get pic mail to work with the latest Rom?

I freaked out the first time I installed the cab too, but you need to restart after installing the cab. And then try to create a new picture mail. I have done this multiple times over the last few weeks and it works each time.

Key here is to restart.
