Re: [09/17/08] GF/TB Kitchen 1.04 OEM Pack, 20748 FULL SYS/XIP

Thanks for releasing the kitchen. It's working great for me. Is there a good reference any where for registry edits for the system settings? I've found a bunch of the settings in \HKCU\ControlPanel. Are they pretty much all there? Thanks.

Well, to answer my own question, it looks like I can export the registry before and after I change all my settings to find the registry entries I need.

There really is no reference that I know of... what are you trying to change?

I was just looking for all the entries that I change in the control panel, so I wouldn't have to change them every time I flash the phone. I think I've got them all after taking a diff of the registry before and after my changes.

Re: [09/17/08] GF/TB Kitchen 1.04 OEM Pack, 20748 FULL SYS/XIP

I've got my own rom going now with all my settings, including email. I've even managed to make an oem for pusheffect with my settings and registration preset.

Only trouble I had was that some settings are set in other oem packages. So I had to grep through the provxml and rgu files, but in the end it worked out well.

Thanks again for the kitchen.

Can some one please shed a little more light on this. I only found it in the vogue_nbh.txt, I didn't find the setting inside the RGU file in registry tweaks.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Note that there is also a new kitchen base out, posted in the tutorial thread. An ever newer one should be released shortly with improvements to the building scripts and base.
