One is in vogue_nbh.txt in the tools folder, and the other is in the registry tweaks rgu. Good luck

Can some one please shed a little more light on this. I only found it in the vogue_nbh.txt, I didn't find the setting inside the RGU file in registry tweaks.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
