The Windows Update thing did not work in my original ROM, it is common for most ROM cookers to remove it since it doesn't work anyway.

To creare a shortcut to Opera, use file explorer, browse to the opera program files dir, click & hold the opers.exe, choose copy, go to the start menu folder, click & hold an empty spot, and choose paste shortcut.
