hey man, once ur phon is unlocked, download the new rom and run "rom update utility"

id load 1.09 its great!

Thanks, I found a nice gold/diamond theme on there I just put on though
So when I flashed to 1.09, I had the diamond charging, and then unplugged when it was full, put it in sleep mode and put it down.

I come back about 2 hours later, pick it up, and its at 85% battery (no apps were running).
I plug it in to transfer a theme onto it (charges right when plugged in), theme transferred and all, unplug it, its at 75% battery now... HUH~! How does that happen

Everything is provided for you in Juicy's ROM file. So, once you extract Juicy_1_09.rar to a folder, run the Rom Update Utility.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.

after flashing i was @ about 55% battery. since then i configured my phone, used opera, had msn running idle... this was @ 6:45pm it is now 8:40 and i am at 25% =/ not cool...

i will see how it does on a full charge

Hi Mike and Devil, will give that a try. been reading up for about a week, but been so nervous to try. thank you for your quick reply. I also did not lose all my info when I unlocked the devise? I hope that's normal. thanks again.

Keep in mind, when you unlock your phone you don't lose your info, BUT

when you flash to the new rom you WILL LOSE YOUR DATA

so please back up any things that are not on ur internal storage, such as contacts, appts, etc!!!!

It's gone completely. The other thing I noticed is under phone options, there's another option for switch NAM- it's auto NAM. Would this automatically switch if you started roaming? I have my NAM 1 set to Telus and NAM 2 set to Page Plus in the states.
