I'm having an issue relocking - can someone help me out?

I've flashed back to the SHIPPED telus rom - ran the RELOCKER, and it errored out. I successfully went through the recovery steps, but now... I can't even flash to a custom ROM, even though my phone still says "SECURITY UNLOCKED".....

I'm trying to relock my phone and get it back to stock to return it to the store..... My vibrate function no longer works...

any help woudl be greatly appreciated.
