Update: I've now installed and configured all my apps and instantiated the available 12 quick links. Have not installed Co0kie or MaxSense. Free memory is now approximately at 65.1MB/98.5MB for Storage/Program. Everything seems to be working good like a Sense should!

Update 2: I've observed a couple of, what I consider to be very minor problems with 2016. The first is I cannot assign a wallpaper to the home tab. The second, initially brought up by MWALT, is Sense restarts after rotating the Photo and Music tabs. If a rotation is done on the home tab and then one slides over to the Music or Photo tab, all appears well. These issues have been posted on Programatix's thread, so I'd like to see if there is any easy workaround.

I don't consider these deal breakers, so I am still planning on posting 2016-based ROMS soon. In fact, 2016 is so nice IMO, that I'm holding of on installing Co0kie or MaxSense on my phone with 2016 to see if I can "live" with this level of functionality. In my case, I'm loosing the list of calendar appointments, some additional quick links, the HD Mini Locker and the music player on the lock screen; nothing that a "click or two" or a "slide" can't easily resolve.

anyone know where i can get the latest youtube app/cab for the diamond?

The app from google site is not very good. The video quality is not good at all.

I've search xda and can't find the right one. The vga version posted here doesn't play well on the diamond screen, it just shows up at the bottom 1/4 of the screen.

Thanks for all your hard work O.a.T. The best thing i like about this ROM is the battery lasts much longer than Energyrom (not trying to criticize here). I used Energyrom upto now. Thanks again.

can i get someone to confirm wifisharing is working?..i couldnt get it to work on my laptop..it would connect but no actual internet...previous rom i was on worked fine so im pretty sure its not the laptop

2.5.2016/23541 Lt. Is Available
Just when you thought your weekend was free!


I've been using the ROM for the last 24 hours without any other glitches than what has been discussed here. I still am using it straight up; no SPB MS, no Co0kie, and no MaxSense. If you are planning on installing Co0kie over this, please be aware that there appears to be one problem. I quote from Programatix's thread:


Q: The Photo tab is misaligned and I have CHT installed or cooked in.
A: Due to changes in code in 675e2983_manila in original 2016 files, it is now incompatible with CHT. Please do not use 675e2983_manila from CHT, instead use the one from the VGA port. In another words, do not overwrite that file.


In other words make sure you make a back up of the above manila file before installing CHT, and after installing CHT place that file back into the Windows directory on your device.

The only other word of caution that I can provide is that when I flashed the ROM yesterday, the bottom of portion of my Diamond was whited out during customization. I was just patient and on the reset after customization was complete, all was fine.

Per usual, go here for the link to the download. And of course, I am interested in your thoughts on 2016.
