I can confirm that your 2/18 WinMo 2012 2.5 ROM won't sync ota w/ gmail. I tried with and without the biotouchdll.cab and was unsuccessful. It gives an error stating that it can't sync and you should try deleting the activesync account, recreate, and try again. I tried as suggested with no success. I googled for an answer, and I think it's just a ROM issue. Others' fix was just to install a different rom from the one they were using. There is obviously a way to fix this, via kitchen or cab, but it is a definite issue in your latest 2012 ROM. As you know, though, Android works GREAT!
