Re: ShadowRom|Updated 3-17-10|WM 6.5 21895 Titanium|Made for SPB MS 3.5.3|

No matter what I do, the EzInput doesn't show a T9 keyboard. What's with all of this anti-T9 recently?

On another note, is this normal (see attached)? If not, how can I fix it without reformatting?

Thanks!

I'll be releasing an update that should fix all known bugs soon. (in an hour or so)

Can I patch my phone or do I have to reformat? I just spent the last day working on my phone after putting in the ROM so I'd really prefer, if possible, a way to patch.

I think I may give this one a shot in the next few days when I get a chance. I got into some of Calkulin's stuff last fall and then migrated over to OMJ as he carried on the torch. But while I enjoy the eye candy of Sense, I do find myself missing the elegant simplicity of Mobile Shell. It's just so much more functional IMO and I don't find myself having to constantly tweak things/troubleshoot.

How does running Mobile Shell and Sense simultaneously work? I know it can be done, but I just wasn't sure how it really functioned. Is it relatively seamless (i.e., using Mobile Shell as your primary interface, but dipping into Sense menus as needed?) Or are they mutually exclusive? Just curious.

Erm I don't think so. I'm updating to a new sys so I'm quite sure you have to re flash.

I guess if I can't keep all the same ROM, is there a way to do this with at least saving say, my Opera Mobile files, Skype settings, and Mobile Shell custom configuration files?

if u install opera and skype to internal storage when u flash in wont erase you settings and as far as mobile shell you can use a program like sprite back up and back up everything.

Ok awesome! I did install those into internal storage.

Do you know of any free apps that'll backup those SPB files? I'm sure I could just copy some config files. Maybe someone online would know.

Re: ShadowRom|Updated 3-30-10|WM 6.5 21898 Titanium|Made for SPB MS 3.5.3|

Welp as promised, through a little late, here is another update fixing all known bugs and i added gchris's titanium theme so big thanks to him. Remember it has to be installed from the cab though. It conflicted with customize when i cooked it into the ROM, so i just included the cab file.

Enjoy

p.s Updated to sys 21898 and it feels faster

Since there are only 3 usable ringers for some reason, how do I add more? And does anyone have a link to the old ringers that the stock cab had? I like the new ones but would like a bit more variation if needed.
