Upgrade to family plan best buy? or via Sprint.com?

I want to upgrade my ED450 to a EDF1500. But the prices on the phones are cheaper at best buy or walmart, or anywhere other than Sprint.com. What would be the best possible route to take?

Re: Upgrade to family plan best buy? or via Sprint.com?

Are you just changing your plan, or adding a line, or up for contract renewal?

If you're just changing your plan, do it via Sprint.com. If you're upgrading or adding lines, I would say that Best Buy is the way to go as they give you the best deal up front on devices w/o the need of a MIR.

If you are adding lines, yes. But if you're not adding lines, you'll just be upping your plan.

Might as well save yourself the trip to the store and do it online or by calling Sprint.

Re: Upgrade to family plan best buy? or via Sprint.com?

I've read some things about Sprint stores not wanting to help you(when you have a problem) if you ordered online or over the phone. Anybody experience this?
