Thumbs down Re: Sprint in SoCal data issues

I am in Rockford, IL and have no data. I figured it was Mighty Rom having a provisioning issue. I have done a hard reset just trying to figure this out and still no luck. Can anyone confirm that it is actually down that is on a Sprint Stock Rom???

Re: Sprint in SoCal data issues

I'm in Lehi, UT. No Data.. haven't had it all today or yesterday. Error code 67, asking for my Vision Username and Password.
Took my phone into the store, and the idiots didn't have anything to say except "it's probably because you're running windows mobile 6.5" --- how the hell would that effect it?! It worked two days ago!

Re: Sprint in SoCal data issues

updating. While it did indeed come back up an hour ago, it is currently not working again. Strangely enough, it's acting differently than it did before. When I went into the com manager and enabled data while it still wasn't working, it would lie to me and tell me it was enabled. Now, when I click on it, it wont even register that it is enabled. It simply doesn't respond to my button press and does nothing. I'm assuming they've actually disabled it now until they can rectify the situation.

You shouldn't be bringing your phone in for service with a custom rom still installed. They wont support it at all and it can void your warranty. I am thinking that all of us are using a custom rom and the sprint provisioning cab that we have is not working as intended. I am thinking of just flashing the original sprint cab to find out if this is the case.

In reply to above thread:

Custom rom has nothing to do with it. I got 2 people here in the office with me also on sprint tp2 running stock and lock and same data errors, error 67, connection error #777, everthing.. it appears to be just a major Sprint network issue.

It's not just Custom ROMs

Didn't say it had anything to do with custom roms. But unfortunately neither myself or others have been able to update their PRL on a custom ROM. Seems like the only way to update the PRL is to flash back to stock, run the update then flash back to custom ROM.

Had issues with my TP2 and my wifes TP. Flashing to stock and back to custom was the only thing that took care of my phones. Their both back up and running now...
