Yes, the plan is attached to your line. So whatever phone you have active on the line is covered. Most of the phones I buy are used and I never have a problem with insurance coverage.

As long as you don't try to file a claim until you've had the device ACTIVE for 30 days, it's all good. Done it w/ my Diamond, a Touch Pro, and a Touch Pro that belonged to my mom.

Purely out of curiosity, has anyone taken a non-working Sprint Touch in and had it replaced in store recently? Did you come out with another Touch (new? refurb?), or something different?

I've heard rumors of Sprint replacing some folk's Diamond with a Touch, so I'm guessing that you'd simply get a Touch..although, I got my Diamond almost a year ago by way of replacement for a Touch, lol.
