i just came from the 9th st. & ave of the americas sprint store and they are by far the WORST sprint store I've visited, there were so rude and even went as far as lieing to me in my face!

if you want to conduct business in a sprint store i warn you do not go to the sprint store in 9th St and ave of the Americas instead the one in 34th st proves to be much better in service and respect.

P.S. i was there with a fellow geeker while trying to get my TP Replaced and she was also trying to get her TP Replaced and they treated her rudely as they did with me

so i did a little investagation on what was wrong with the refub phone the 9th st store gave me and i found out they gave me a water damaged phone as a replacement!!!
