Sprint Upgrade Policy

Can some one answer this please

I bought an HTC mogul when it first came out so my contract done. Is there a way to upgrade my Mogul to a touch pro 2 for preferably free or so I dont have to front 450 dollors to get it.

i read somewhere that the tp2 is gonna be upgradeable for 19. thats the best i think its gonna get for a while. try ebay ?

i know you can call sprint and say. hey. my key board doesnt work. they will send you a knew phone. maybe a touch pro. or if you go in. your chances on getting that free up grade.. increase. alot lol

What do you mean 19? like 190 dollars because that is way better than 450 haha.
And yeah my mogul is all messed up so I am gonna try to sweet talk the reps at the store.

You name the thread as "Sprint Upgrade Policy" then you ask if you can get the TP2 for free.

This describes my thoughts right now ..

oh yeah, Sprint's upgrade policy is that you get to get a new phone every 23 months with a 2 year upgrade or every 12 months if you are Sprint Premier customer.

Then you have to pay for a phone too, it's not free =]

I'm not asking for a free tp2. Im just asking given my situation if there is a more economical way to buy the phone. But I guess i got my answer thanks everyone.

You can try the advance exchange link but there has to be something wrong with the phone. That is how I actually got my TP.

Yes, you can get a TP if you call & explain issues you are having with your phone. Especially since the new TP2 is out they will be wanting to dump the TP. My wife did this & got her TP shipped next day air w/ return shipping for her Mogul.

Ha, using TEP/ESRP to get a different phone in other words, is call "insurance fraud"
