Sprint Mogul to USCC

I have done several searches to no satisfaction. I have a ppc6800 from sprint but am now with USCC. Is it possible to transfer my phone.

USCC will only activate phones purchased from them

i wonder about this as well, im going to remove all sprint settings from the phone/qpst, remove the sprint branding on the phone (case/board) and attempt to see if they can do it
