i know that if sprint wont let you stack discounts as in the past. so they give you the bigger discount of the two

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill

Depends if you need data, text, how many minutes, your usage patterns, etc.
Best to look on the Sprint site regarding their plans and see what fits your needs.
With the possibility of getting the 27% discount, you should be in good shape.
Just remember that if you do get the 27% discount, there is always that possibility that it may get removed in 2-3 months.
It has happened before with other discounts.
Also, since you are purchasing 2 devices, you may be able to have Sprint add some features for free like Pick 3, etc.
Decide what your needs are and speak with Sprint with a game plan in mind.

a good plan would be everything data 450 and with the 27% discount you would be paying about 58 or somthing. i have the same plan but with TEP so i come out paying like 65. and if you can get Pick 3 that would be even better

With the Pre you have to get an Everything Data Plan. The cheapest is the EDP 1500 at $129.99. Get this and you bill would be about $100 after 27% discount plus taxes.

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill

so what exactly is the cheapest plan price wise, that i could get, i am getting myself the htc touch pro 2, and my girl wants the palm pre, and i want to get our plan together, i am mostly getting my tp2 basically for internet usage, more like 80 % internet, gps, texting, mp3 and video player, print tv, and like 20% phone usage Lol.

i dont have a sprint contract, and never have before, so i am basically clueless as to what to get, which is why i have decided to ask you all on this forum for the most economical choice for us to pick. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. like what is this SERO thing i have been reading about, and i also read a pick 3 perk, sounds Great, along with this 27% discount, its too good to be true!

i am hoping to pay around 75-100ish, i can afford more, but i am just shooting for that range

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill

SERO is a special discounted plan that was offered to employees' families and close friends. Sprint is phasing out SERO and replacing it with Everything Plus Referral Program.

Currently, unless it has changed, you cannot put a Pre on these plans. The cheapest you can get on a shared plan is the Everything Data Plan 1500 for $129.99. Unfortunately it seems that many US carriers are or will be requiring PDA users to subscribe to an unlimited data plan.
