I tried this on 8/8 over sprint chat and they said it was approved but I never got an email @post.com? I'll just wait to see what happens

I believe you only get a confirmation email if you use the website. Over Sprint chat, your conversation with the rep is the confirmation.


Also as an update, I received my first bill since signing up and I still have the old discount, so it seems it may in fact take up to two billing cycles, though YMMV.

Took 2 days. Here is a copy of what the email said.

Dear *** ********,

Congratulations! This email confirms you will begin receiving 27%
discount on your monthly recurring charges through Citigroup.

It will take one to two billing cycles for the discounts to appear on
your invoice. You will be able to view them on your bill under the
heading "Service Discounts/Charges" with the description "Employee
Discount Sprint/Nextel."

Please note that this discount applies to all of your monthly charges
except Total Equipment Protection of $7.00.

Thank you for choosing Sprint!

I can say that it is still up and running.

I used an "@post.com" email address.

within a couple of hours, I got the "congratulations" email saying 27% off.

my billing cycle was only 1 week away, and I made sure I paid my previous bill in full.

New bill was issued, showing the 27% discount!!!

Now, I am a government contract inspector, and some of the clients that order these inspections are Citi Mortgage, so even if upon audit, or complaint to me, I will just let them know of that status.

As an update to the update, when I checked my online bill it showed only the 18%, but that was for last month's statement (the .pdf wasn't yet current). My paper bill today showed the 27% discount, so woo hoo! Only took one billing cycle.

How are you guys able to create a working "@post.com" email address? I filled out the form with a made up @post email, but haven't received a response yet on my personal email. So will the discount get rejected if the @post email doesn't work?

You must got to www.mail.com and create an email address with the @post.com domain. You will receive the confirmation at the @post.com address.

i had 2 get off my sprint sero plan
but i have 2 lines now so the 27% should still better
im just waitin 2 actually see the discount post 2 my account ... its already been a month

I was at the Sprint store this weekend and had a rep look up my discount. She said that Citigroup did show up but since the bill wasn't out yet she couldn't see the actual percentage.
