Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill

hi, soon to be a new sprint user with evo here.
I have few questions for you guys.

1. It seems like @aim with time warner and @post with citigroup are working.
Any other combinations?

2. Can I pre-order with RS and have them activate the phone, then echat with EVP people to appy discount? or should I pre-order with EVP?

3. How safe is it? Anyone got busted? ANyone knows who got busted? What happens if you get busted? I have seen a post saying that sprint is spot checking real employment status now.

Thanks.

is this route worth it if I have the option of just upgrading to a family plan through SERO? or will I be blocking myself from good deals by getting Everything Plus Referral Plan instead of the Data Plan and try to get 27% discount??

1. yes theres other combinations.. not sure on the email to use, maybe gmail or yahoo, but heres like 200 companies with discounts http://forums.precentral.net/cdma-no...discounts.html

2.your going to wanna add the discount as fast as possible as it takes a billing cycle to go into effect-will show on next bill...

3. the top quote is from july 2009 in this thread, so ive had it almost i year now... never had any issues, i get citigroup emails even.. never tried to take advantage though.. so id say its pretty safe... and all theyd be able to determine is you dont work there anymore thats all.. sprints fault for not checkin i suppose.. its all good

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill

just wanna say i got 25% off... itll take 1 to 2 billing cycles it says

"I am happy to confirm you will soon begin receiving 25% discount on your
monthly recurring charges through [-deleted to ensure its not disabled].

It takes 1 to 2 bill cycles for you to see the discount on your invoice.
You will be able to view them under the heading "Service
Discounts/Charges" with the description "Employee Discount
Sprint/Nextel." We are unable to issue retroactive credits."

theres more but you get it

How did you do that? did you call? email? echat?
Did they need anything else other than work email address?

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill

I already get 10% off with my current company that I do actually work for!

So this is if you don't have that discount already? Or do you guys have your real company and another one as well?

Question: It says this requires a new 2 year agreement......does this throw my upgrade for a new phone out the window or does it just put me in a new contract?!?!?!?! Thanks!

So I'm still in the clear for my.......NOW......$150 EVO 4G on the 4th?!?!?!?!

What I did was:
1) Created an AIM email address,
2) Went to the discount page by Sprint that ask for your info and put the email I just made and put "Cox Enterprise" as the company,
3) Hit Submit

Was that all I was supposed to do because that seemed to easy?!?!?!?!?!
