Exclamation Number to direct corporate Sprint?

Does anyone know the number to direct corporate Sprint representative? I had the keyboard fail a second time but this time Sprint doesn't want to replace it. (I do have insurance but do not want to pay for a manufacture defect.)

Do you have only insurance or TEP? If you have TEP you can walk into a sprint service and repair center and they'll fix it or replace it for free as part of your coverage. I hear there's an online service for this as wel.

i have no insurance and my 1yr old tp gps quite and they wanted 50 bux i said put me on with cancelation and they sent new tp next day. lol and kept the old one.

yeah i call bull because ive just spent 2 days going round and round with sprint. ive talked to 5 different departments and countless supervisors. basically i was told i was getting a brand new touch vogue and not a refurbish, if not that then a new diamond. so guess what came today, a damn refurb, even though it's in great shape i was lied too. so i call them back and they even admitted fault but can't do anything for me. i even threatened to cancel my contract, which i probably am and they still say all they give out is refurbished models and they are sorry i was misinformed by there staff.

NO they will not ! i have had to have 6 Tp replaced ( ALL UNDER WARRANTY ) every single time they wanted me to use my insurance . so i use this

Do you go to the corporate service and repair centers? I replaced my mogul 3 times and my TP once and all but one time they just took the phone, said they'd look at it and eventually replaced or ordered a new phone without asking for payment. The one time they did say that it would could 50$ I pointed out that I had TEP at which point the tech went back again and told me that he had already placed an order for a new phone and that I wouldn't have to worry about payment.

I almost always go to the major Sprint stores as I find they offer the least hassle.

yea every time they told me to go to a repair center 80 miles away Sorry i have 3 kids and full time job i dont have time to drive 80 miles ( 160 round trip ) for some pimple face kid to tell me " YEP the keyboard is dead "

after my contract is up im jumping ship i think .. Oh and 50 LOL they wanted 140 EVERY TIME i needed a replacement . screw that as well

i will NOT use my insurance for a hardware defect hey if its my fault the phone dies ill gladly pay
