If you notice it runs 6.1 and if you look at the specs the TouchFlo controls are HTC. New phone with 2 batteries and Wifi for $165? Not really that bad. This thing looks like a pretty convincing clone if you ask me.

yeah but why would you get that when you get get an actual htc touch for less than that on ebay?

I hear you, I was just pointing out that it is indeed a viable alternative. With the 2 batteries and wifi, this would make a pretty decent device for someone say on T-Mobile where the pda choices are a little limited.

How do we know it's a knock-off and not like everything else in the world, every thing is made in China and branded differently... For all we know this could be the company that makes the phone that HTC buys and HTC brands it.... hahahaha (stirring up conspiracy theories)

That's why they can offer it to customers for a lower price, because they don't have to buy it from someone else and have to mark it up to make a profit... Think about it
