Sprint does it again. Nice offer on the phone right? Well, they sent it to the wrong address and billed me for the "free" phone. I think they have it out for me. Credit on my account, another phone on the way..maybe, just maybe, they will get it right..stay tuned.

don't feel too bad, my battery charger has a short and i call sprint about it(no stores had extras). they sent me a 3rd party charger(jarba) but everyone knows our chargers double as a sync cord. so now i can charge the phone but i can't sync it.

ah man...you won't believe what i went through today! i have a new phone coming but i had to talk with no less than 12 differnt people and 2 battery charges! i'll keep you informed!

lol..oh I believe it. I really hate Sprint's customer service, but I have to admit, they always come around and hook me up nice. Just takes a lot of phone call, emails, waiting on the line, getting hung up on, etc..My plan rate is the only thing that keeps me coming back.
