Re: Asurion Madness
kinda shady but.... you could submit a claim, pay the $100 an receive a new phone then call up and say another charge has gone through, have them refund your money and then cancel your insurance. then you have a replacement if you ever need it and you don't have to worry about your account getting charged again, just an idea

Re: Asurion Madness
This happened to me 2x within the past 3 months. I also recieved an email saying someone regestired a number under my account. I called sprint an confronted them about the email, an of course they had no clue what I was talking about.
Whats weird about the phones though is that both phones were returned backed to the warehouse because no one signed for them. But that didnt stop them for charging them to my acoount

Re: Asurion Madness
I had the same thing happen to me today, noticed on my bill there was the $50 deductible, plus a $200 fee for "non-returned equipment", then I got the email saying someone had registered my # on their account. Then when I called Sprint, my pin and security questions were all changed. Had to go to the store so they could call for me. The reps said it was a "glitch", but I'm watching very closely from now on....
