I love Sprint :)

A couple months after getting an touch pro off ebay for 300(works great, issurance went on, came with no box which is weird but I'm ok with that), I check sprint.com and I'm up for upgrade again, having gotten a Touch back in July. And since i'm on a 20 buck employee plan, can't argue with anything.

I like how almost everyone on this forum has Sprint, where I live so much sprint hate, besides the people who I sell PDA phones too who pay 20 bucks less a month.

I can honestly say that I am very happy with sprint now! Though sprint did get on my nerve on the last few weeks but they resolved my problem!

I've never had any problems with sprint. Although it does help that my brother works for them and i get the family discount.

Re: I love Sprint :)

I actually like Sprint. For me, in So Cal, their coverage is great. From Redondo Beach to Cerritos it's always there. I live on the coast, and in my neighborhood neither Verizon nor AT&T get a signal - only Sprint. Thus, the choice was simple.
Besides the Touch Diamond is amazing.

Re: I love Sprint :)

I'm also on the $20 plan (well, they just upped it to $25..) and thats the only reason I'm with sprint.

I buy the best phone the have on the day its released and succumb to the "early adopter" headaches that go along with it.. i had the mogul for a year until the tp came out.. out of that year it was sent to utstarcom 4 times (not counting the two times sprint replaced it in its first 30 days) and i spent a good 5 months on my razr2 "barphone." My touch pro just spent a month with utstarcom and its going back in a couple days because they replaced thier last batch of defective parts with more defective parts.

If att or tmobile had something comparable to the plan we have id be there in a heartbeat.

I'm mixed on Sprint... their coverage could be a hair better where I am, but I fear that their continued losses (both money and customer base) will soon leave them nowhere to go and they'll have to file Chap 11...

You can't lose over a billion a quarter for very long...

They probably classify as "too big to fail" so the government will bail them out, it all the rage in new business planning these days.

On topic, I have never had a problem with Sprint, customer service at the store I go to is awesome.

Re: I love Sprint :)

I adore Sprint. If there were a official Sprint fan club, I'd be in it.

They have always taken care of me..I have never once had an issue that they didnt fix and make up for.

I love them. I will never ever ever consider another carrier, unless Sprint goes under. (and if that ever happens, it will be an extremley sad day). AT&T and Verizon are too big for their own good, and Tmobile is just ***.
