They have always taken care of me..I have never once had an issue that they didnt fix and make up for.

I love them. I will never ever ever consider another carrier, unless Sprint goes under. (and if that ever happens, it will be an extremley sad day). AT&T and Verizon are too big for their own good, and Tmobile is just ***.

Ditto pretty much all of that. My only beef with them has ever been their lack of small, nice looking phones, but other than that, love them. And now with the Pre and maybe the Samsung dash, i will not have anything to complain about. love these guys. : ).

I love sprint, been with them since I turned 18, I've had problems with CS but nothing too bad........ Than being said, just looked at my bill and they messed up, $200 in overage because they didnt set up the plan correctly when I added a new line. When I called to have it fixed today they removed three of my 10 lines from SERO, So depending on how it goes in fixing that I may be taking all of my lines elsewhere. They have been able to fix everything else so I will see how this goes though.
