Re: is anyone dropping TEP based on deductable being $100?

I already dropped it based on the fee change. I figure at $7 a month plus $100 a replacement even if I need it once a year that is $184 towards a new phone every year.

If you didn't pay the deductible, doesn't that mean that it was covered by the ESRP portion? Or am I wrong about that?

Yep. You only pay a deductible in case of external physical damage, water damage, or loss of the phone. Anything else is covered for free with no deductible.

thats the way I am, so i'm thinking of keeping it based on what you said. I'm not hard on my phones at all.

Re: is anyone dropping TEP based on deductable being $100?

ERSP is the reason I got TEP. 4 out of 5 of my replacements were ERSP replacements. Only one I payed the deductable (I creacked the screen, and it got me a Touch Pro in the end.) The 7 bucks a month is much worth it to me.

sprint has told me before that i would have to pay but i was never charged. the insurance helps because you will be charged a service fee everytime you take your phone in to be looked at.
