Re: Sprint overcharges my company!!!

Most of you stole the words from my mouth... You gotta admire a company that will send someone to admit to that, especially in this economy.

At least they didn't offer a store credit for the amount over charged!!! HA HA
I agree, instead of switching your carrier I'd think about switching out the accountant(s)

Re: Sprint overcharges my company!!!

Better yet,

Ask Sprint to assign a General Business Account Rep.
They will take care of any Changes and stop any hamfisted reps from making the same mistakes...

Re: Sprint overcharges my company!!!

I am the guy in charge of checking our Sprint bill every month. This is because accounting used to do it with T-Mobile but didn't know what they were looking at and were often overcharged then never questioned it. Needless to say they no longer work here and I have taken the duties over. Now there was a time that Sprint said it would take 3 months to see a credit for taxes since we are a non-profit government agency. Well it didn't come through. I brought it to my rep's attention and got it all credited to our account. I don't see why not going to your rep would not give you similar results. Especially if you say you are thinking of moving the account to a different carrier.
