Re: Sprint overcharges my company!!!

I am the guy in charge of checking our Sprint bill every month. This is because accounting used to do it with T-Mobile but didn't know what they were looking at and were often overcharged then never questioned it. Needless to say they no longer work here and I have taken the duties over. Now there was a time that Sprint said it would take 3 months to see a credit for taxes since we are a non-profit government agency. Well it didn't come through. I brought it to my rep's attention and got it all credited to our account. I don't see why not going to your rep would not give you similar results. Especially if you say you are thinking of moving the account to a different carrier.
