Re: Will ending my Contract Make my esn blacklisted?
im pretty sure to get out of the etf you have to be in the old terms and conditions....if you ungraded to the TP then you are on the new terms and conditions therefore you would have to pay the etf

Look at your first bill (there should be a copy available from sprint.com) and see what the administrative fee was. If the first administrative fee you paid was less than $0.99 (99 cents), then you can cancel with no ETF until March 15th.

Re: Will ending my Contract Make my esn blacklisted?
FYI you don't even have to go all the way back. They changed the administrative fee somewhere in December or January. So basically if you've had Sprint service since before December, you can definitely cancel with no ETF until March 15.

Re: Will ending my Contract Make my esn blacklisted?
Where did this March 15th date come from? I just talked to a Sprint rep and they say that is a misleading lie on the internet. We were all informed on our November bills of the change and we had 30 days from then to make a decision.
