ive been trying to trade my vogue in via the sprint advanced exchange all week and it still says they will only give a refurbed vogue? i really want diamond/touch pro

yup im actually getting one in the mail 3- 5 business days! finally went threw... ihad saame stupid problem with 3 ofthe vogues and finally theycalled me back last night at like 9 at night and was like we need your cc for process of payment difference of 30 dollars.. and please expect your pro in 3-5 days!!!!!!!!! now I cant wait


basically they will keep sending you the touch... but mostof the time they give out an upgrade after 3-5 times xchange the ladysaid to me... so she offered me the diamond and I asked politely for the pro because i said i wanted something with buttons...she said yah let me speak to my manager.. and when she said that was good i made her repeat that on the notes... because you wont alwyas talk to the same rep. Finally after like 8 days off and on waiting for the phone to be in stock I was assisted by a nice manager who personally called me back twice to let me know whta was going on with the warehouse!

I called every week and just kept complaining about my problems and saying i didnt pay 600 dollars for a phone that didnt work.... my big line was why would I want something that keeps messing up, its like if you had a used car and you kept getting it fixed but it always broke down after a week.. you dont want it no more correct?... or you might want to try and tell the next representative that the last one promised you that they would upgrade you... and it should be in the notes... and try that route... lol



ALSO talk to advance techinical exchange.. they will be the ones that do the upgrade replacement

3 refurbished vogues before upgrade
