Re: Should i dump Verizon and come to Sprint for HTC Touch Pro?
Have you looked into the Samsung Omnia or do you want a physical keyboard?
It has gotten great reviews. I chose it over the Touch Pro after reading the reviews of both and scouring the sites like this one. I can't be happier with my phone. After a few days of playing around with settings and reg edits, it is by far the best smartphone or pocketpc I have owned.

Re: Should i dump Verizon and come to Sprint for HTC Touch Pro?
Verizon is actually a little worse signal in my area... Sprint is signal is awesome, especially at work where my Verizon was crap.
It's already been mentioned, but it depends on your area, phone, etc. IMO, give Sprint a test drive - you have either 15 or 30 days to change your mind. Why not give it a go and see if you like it? I did and I never want to leave! |

Do what bullet said, give sprint a try and see what one works better for you. Then go with that. Like a few people said the coverage a provider really depends on where you are.

Re: Should i dump Verizon and come to Sprint for HTC Touch Pro?
10yrs on sprint no complaints here. My brother is on verizon and boy do i laugh at him because he really sounds like the commercials when he is on the phone "can you hear me now" LOL i watch him dance around his house looking for places that he can sit and talk without having to say "can you hear me now"
I guess that is the purpose of that commercial, they are looking for spots where they can make a call from. i say make the jump i've used my phone in almost every state with no problem, and trust me i've been to some places that looked like they were frozen in time. |

Re: Should i dump Verizon and come to Sprint for HTC Touch Pro?
Never pick a phone over a network. Go out and get your self a prepay dumb phone from each carrier and test out the networks your self. Also checking with friends, family, neighbors, & coworkers is a good way to see what works in the areas you will be most often.

Re: Should i dump Verizon and come to Sprint for HTC Touch Pro?
I think i will have to try sprint. I know they will be cheaper then verizon by $25 with a data plan. If they work well enough for me, i'll dump verizon.
