Have you guys ever completed a survey from a store visit?

I don't normally do this......but I did and ended up getting a $10 credit. Guess it pays to be patient sometimes

I did ones and ended up getting $70 credit, i said well, well, i didnt wanna do this but iam glad i did.

I'm not going to try and influence you in anyway but those surveys have a huge impact on the reps at the store. Unless you're just flat p***ed off at them, give them a perfect score. It's hard enough to be a Sprint rep with the way the company is laying people off. It costs you nothing and honestly, giving them a bad review will not change anything and you'd be helping somebody out whose trying to feed their family or get through school

Yea I only have 2, and I gave them a perfect score

.....It was what I wanted, walked in said gimme another Pro, they activated it and I was out 5 mins later
