the further you get away from the manufactures specs , the more gray area you get into. The FM radio is great, but everything else really works well out of the box and that is priceless. No having to tweak the audiopara files to hear or power settings to get real battery preformance, etc to make the simply things that should work. And better yet my updates come from HTC now and not dictated by carriers whims or the chefs porting abilities. (remember the mogul and touch GSP issue).

Regardless if Carrier doesn't include a piece of coding in your OS, a superior driver set or even a feature set I consider it crippled. I deserve the hardware, software and functionality promised. That why I didn't go to Verizon's Touch Pro the memory is crippled. Att fuze was the closest to original HTC spec, short the front camara.
.

And for the record I listen to radio alot... I manage an advertise department ... send a half a million on it a year... so what important to me may not be important to you... but don't take away my options to have it Sprint...

PS my sprint issues didn't start overnight... 7 years... I married the HTC Brand not the Carrier.

I worked as a contractor for Cingular in the old days when the aquired att the first time and I understand the technology and billing very well. At the time I decided not to give the company where I worked my business, because my information and account history would never be in their billing system. And the employee discounts didn't suit my needs. On this purchase I decided to take the upfront saving off the phone pricing it at $100 after a $50 rebate then to pay $200 more. So the $20 buck extra a month over the life of the comtract is ok for me.
