Try to get out of Contract without paying ETF
Check this out.. It seems that since Sprint is 'breaching their contract', you can 'breach your contract' too...

Re: Try to get out of Contract without paying ETF
One thing about it is I would not leave Sprint out of all the providers I been with (AT&T,Verizon,Cingular"go",T-mobile,and Helio) I have not tried alltel...But i got ETF dismissed from all for various reason's such as merger for 2 "at&t and Helio", sadly enough there is always a way out!!!

Re: Try to get out of Contract without paying ETF
Oh yeah I def don't want to leave Sprint, I was just trying to help a friend get out of a reg. contract and get s SERO plan... Sprints cheaper either way even if you don't have SERO compared to other providers.
