girlfriend moved out-wont give back phone....
I have suspended the service and the phone dosen't have insurance on it.
I know that suspending the service makes my contract longer and I'm not billed for the suspended service. Other than making a trip to California from Texas anyone else have any other options.?

sorry to hear that but i think the lesson here is get insurance. it's a heck of alot cheaper than a plane ticket from tx to ca!

there are two options; continue to pay for a phone you don't have or pay the etf and start over. these companies don't care about your problems. i can get laid off and call sprint and tell them i got laid off. they'll say "oh, so sorry to hear that but your bill is due"! (i don't want this to sound rude)
