exhanging a phone?

i had a nexus s 4g i bought from best buy on launch. i returned it yesterday and got an evo instead. can i also return the evo within my 30 days and get the 3d when it hits?

30 days from when you bought the Nexus S, Yes it shouldn't be a problem.
If you mean do you get another 30 days after every phone you return for an exchange, then No.

i believe you get another 30 days. after i turned in the nexus last weekend my upgrade was reset then i used it on the evo 4g. i think id have 30 days to also return that one. even if i said it was defective. that was my question.

That's a best buy problem/mistake. Usually 30 days from original purchase.

i returned the evo and dumped sprint. went to verizon and got the thunderbolt. sprint even waived mt eft's!
