Yeah thats what i said. I would of been gone long ago....eft or not.

@Dr.8820 & @fixxxer2008 it's all been a matter of the slow ass shipping. First I bought my HD7 that didn't arrive till Saturday last week then I went to WalMart looking for a T-mobile SIM and mistakenly purchased a family mobile SIM kit (thankfully I was able to return that). Then on Monday I went to a Tmo store after school looking for one and no such luck there either, after that I went to amazon and ordered the right SIM so today it should be here and after the dan@sprint rep calls me I'm putting it in and porting my number over. enough is enough

edit: have you tested speeds lately? I noticed it earlier this week and just tested it just now. From mobilespeedtest site I'm getting in the 450kbps to 500kbps range that's about a 100-200kbps more than I was getting last month. Not sure what changed but if the speeds are slowly improving then that's good

@eyeb well if they waive the etf on my contract the ESN shouldn't go bad I don't think. I test speeds all the time, always averaging 150kbps.

@Dr.8820 I have it activated now. Sprint is lucky that there wasn't an option to port the number on the prepay sign up page. The usual person called me today and he said that he hasn't heard from the network team yet (even tho I did yesterday) so he wants to wait before waiving my ETF. He's calling back Wednesday so until then I'll have 2 phones. I'm lovin this T-mobile service so far, even with a low signal in my house I'm still pulling down 1500kbps which is 10x faster than sprint currently.

Why couldnt you port your number? Sprints pulling your leg now. I guess you have no choice but to cancel now.

@fixxxer2008 he said it was because he hasn't yet heard from the network team. On Wednesday if it's the same bs then I'm porting it out so for now I have 2 phones.

I hope it works out Eric, I didn't have a problem with Sprint service like you, but you're seeing what I was saying about Tmobile speeds :)....Sprint really has a shitty phone selection.

@Dr.8820
my room is in a tough spot when it comes to 3G. If I lay a certain way I can get it and if not then it's just 2G. Either way I'm still faster than I ever was with sprint.

Eric, I meant to ask if you received the hotspot update on your Schubert?

@Dr.8820 I got the notification but I can't install it because my home internet is down due to this economy. Probably will install it at a friends house tomorrow.
