Hello,
it is impossible to use skype via 3G. It says "you can use skype only via wifi in USA". But I'm not in the USA, I'm in Ukraine. MCC and MNC have been changed using cdma workshop and it works as phone. I changed 3G settings using QPST and 3G perfectly work on it. But I need to override MCC and MNC settings not only in the radio module. "MCC/MNC checker" said the following:

Skype uses them to determine the country and the operator with getSimOperator() function. But I do not know how to change them.
