Sprint: Data/Tower issues, extremely slow.

The single Sprint tower that provides service for our area is having issues. We first noticed it with my wifes aircard, and thought it was a problem with her card until I talked to others having the same issue. Speed tests report a download speed of around 40kbps. That's what I used to get on my old 56K modem. I then tested my phone and my wifes phone with the same averages. I've seen is as low as 14kbps and as high as 75kbps. Everytime I tested this on the phones and the aircard, it was always reporting RevA with bars between 2 and 4.

The other screwy part is my uploads are still around 300kps.

I called Sprint and spent 3 hours on the phone, talked to 5 different people, and in the end, was told there was nothing wrong with their tower. The last person I talked to said they would still have a tech check the tower and the tech would call me in about 20 minutes, that was two weeks ago, no phone call and the data still stinks. It's been this way for about 5 weeks.

Voice calls are just fine. I also checked it when I was away from home, about 60 miles away, I got 520kbps

It's going to be years before we see 4G here, I'd at least like to have 3G.

So my question is... what do I say to Sprint to get them to actually come down and check our tower and fix it? What department would I ask to speak to? I'd really like some help on this matter.
