actually, i beg to differ. i had a jerk in airave tech support tell me the airvana wouldn't help me at all. then he spent 10 minutes typing a note on my account because i had been promised the unit earlier in the day. i told him about this website and what people had posted. i said you can tell me you know what you are talking about but many other knowledgeable people would disagree.
he then called a supervisor in retention who told him i was getting my unit. he quickly shout his pie hole!
