Sprint Rebate after buying from Radioshack

I bought a phone (Intercept) from Radioshack a few days ago and got the instant rebate. Could I or will it be possible to get a rebate from sprint still? Just curious. I also bought the lg rumor touch but returned it within a week and got the intercept. I sent the mail in rebate and it shows pending status on the webiste. Will they give me the rebate? thanks
