Any tips on how to deal with sprint?

The phone and everything is badass, but I effing hate it when i have to call in. I am not saying at&t or anyone else is better, but with at&t I ended up getting the number to tier 2 support, and once I started just calling into to there it became much easier.

Is there anything like that for sprint?

Have you had any specific problems with sprint? Anytime Ive called theyve been awesome. From what I hear they arent always the most up to date on their info but they are nice and get shit done as long as its not a technical problem. Cant speak for tech support tho. I would suggest if its a tech support problem go to your closest sprint corporate store. Thats def a plus over at&t Id say

email your problem to dan@sprint.com and then you'll get assigned someone that wont ever leave you alone for the rest of your life... as i have experienced. lol but they sure do everything they can to help me out. they even get tech support to call me at times i want.
