sprint online store free shipping...

Ive done some searching, and havent found an answer, If i upgrade my plan on sprint.com how long does it take to receive the phone? (i realize no saturday or sunday if they use ups/fedex) Also, do they activate the new phone before they ship leaving me without a phone for the duration of the shipping?

upgrade plan or phone? no they dont activate till you get it and call them so you wont be w/o a phone.

Its usually overnighted or 2day even when upgrading online. Then when your phone arrives you can log back in and swap ESNs online, don't even have to call. If there's a snag in the swap you just hit the chat button.

Simple and quick.

it just really depends on what time of the day they get your request. if they get it early enough in the day, it can be sent via overnight.

thanks everyone for the replies, i was trying to switch one of my sero plans over to an everything plus referral using the publicly released credentials(evo for my gf), but when I went to check out they said I was unable to upgrade because I am not currently an everything plus or SERO account holder. I logged back in to My account and it clearly says my rate plan is SERO F&F 500. WTF SPRINT!!!!

surprised you didn't sell your SERO and then just signed up for a new plan.

+1 one on what ms. eenie said. plus since you're giving up the SERO...try and see if you can get them to make concessions for you like another discount or something.

i was going to sell the sero to the first $45 but I cant lose my number. And what they told me is, If i start a second plan, and try switching the numbers, my number can go to the new plan, but it would cancel the sero.
