It boils down to your area..but overall AT&T has been advancing up the GSM tech while sprint has stopped at Rev A and just went straight for Wimax...by the 3G speed in your area though id say the tower is a Rev 0...

Overall though if you look at the latency of your 4G connection and your 3G (whether sprint or AT&T) you will see a world of difference...
