no they can't. if i were you, i'd fight them on that. but quick question though....were you out of contract during the time they gave you the tp2 replacement?

yep. happened to my gfs upgrade last year. some how she lost her 75 dollar upgrade and my contract experation date on her line was 2 years away. i called and told them i hadnt done anything to the line recently except swap a tp for a tp2. the rep couldnt help me, but said she would forward it to a supervisor to get back to me. surprisinly, sprint called me back within a few hrs, and changed the contract end date back to the same as my line, and even changed the upgrade from $75 to $150.

This is a common mistake on sprint's behalf that they have always fixed to my knowledge. Just call CS, and tell them what happened. Not yell at them. If that doesn't work, call Retentions and give the same info. The change should be done before you even hang up.
