sprint cutomer care says one thing then changes.
so i was talking to customer care while activating a second line because i needed some changes made to the account. so i got everything done with them and i asked about the evo and the rep told me they are sold out online but he knew that they still had 1100 in stock. he then stated that i could get my main line upgraded to the evo but he would have to transfer me to a different department to complete the order. i then get transferred to a person that can barely speak english and they ask me why i want the evo and go through everything about the $10 charge and 2 year extension to get the upgrade price and i agree to everything. the sales rep then tells me that i cannot get the phone. because its not available to me and to keep checking back. why wont sprint allow back orders so that you get on a list and sent one as soon as they come into stock?
