I agree, it sucked way more when they first launched it nothing worked for me. But now you just have to look harder, to get your data info, log into my sprint.com and then when you get to the Main page, click on see all usage for your phone, scroll down to Data/others and click the See more + button on the right, or log in and click here http://mysprint.sprint.com/mysprint/...ageDetails.jsp then scroll down to data/others click See More+
and if you want to see data usage for past months (not current unbilled) try here https://myaccountportal.sprint.com/s...accountSummary

to check the current months usage is pretty simple. i just signed in and its the first option next to the pic of my phone. see all usage.

I have had no problem after the initial "Welcome to the new site.." crap..took me a bit to get used to the layout but now I'm fine with it

only problem i have had with the new site is that no matter if they are open or not it always says chat is closed i hate having to call sprint, but i emailed them and they fixed it in the email

seems ok to me, but sometimes when i click on usage details, like data, it will revert back to the home page... other times it will load just fine. strange.

Well, thanks for the help, I think I see the problem. Sprint does not think I have a normal data plan. I have an old grandfathered $15/month plan. The data/other option does not show up for me.
However, I could get to my usage by the circuitous route of checking usage trend after selecting analyze my plan from the main screen.... |

The website actually works better now for me IMO. I tend to logon while at work and the old website, my work pc had a hard time accessing my account. It use to hang my IE then timeout. But with the new website...haven't encountered the problem...yet.
And I agree with the chat. If you access it in your account or on the homepage, it would say closed. So I stopped accessing chat that way. I just google "sprint chat" and it'll bring up the link to the chat landing page...I get through going that way.
